AI that works. In production.

We connect your data, build AI agents around your workflows, and put them to work in your systems. Your rules. Your code. Your control.

Consultants who ship.

30 minutes. Bring one broken workflow.

Turn operational friction into operating leverage.

The biggest constraint on growth is often hidden inside everyday work. Information copied between systems. Approvals chased manually. Documents reviewed twice. Exceptions sitting in queues. Experienced people spending their time keeping broken workflows moving.

Each workaround looks small. Together, they determine how fast your business can grow — and what that growth costs. AtomsAI redesigns these workflows around connected intelligence.

We combine AI, integration and human judgment to help work move across your business with greater speed, accuracy and control. We build inside your existing technology stack, around your operating rules and against measurable business outcomes. Your people spend less time carrying work between systems. Your technology completes more of the process. And your operating capacity grows before your cost base does.

Connect the work. Multiply the output.

We don't sell AI. We ship your workflow.

Not positioning. Each one is a clause you can hold us to, and a reason projects survive their first quarter.

Advice that ends in a working system.

Senior advice up front — which workflow, in what order, and the number that will prove it worked. Then our engineers land in your repo and your standups and build it. No deliverable that stops at a slide deck, no offshore hand-off.

The repository is yours from week one.

Code, prompts, pipelines, evals and runbooks land in your repository under your license as we go — not at handover. If we stopped tomorrow, the workflow keeps running.

Evals from day one.

We write the failure tests before the happy path. You get a scoreboard for accuracy, cost and latency per workflow — so "is it working?" has a number, not an opinion.

It connects to what you already run.

We don’t ask you to migrate anything. The system reads and writes where your work already lives, with your credentials and your permissions.

Support answers that stop costing twelve minutes each

A 240-seat support org was answering policy questions from a 900-page handbook and four wikis. One cited answer layer, wired into the ticket, cut average handle time by 38% in seven weeks.

Invoices that match themselves, exceptions that route themselves

40,000 invoices a quarter hit a matching rule set that failed on every non-standard PO line. Chaining extraction, matching, exception routing and ERP write-back moved auto-match from 78% to 94%.

Underwriting in hours, with the reasoning attached

Commercial submissions waited 3.5 days for a first look and inbound leads waited 3 hours for routing. An intake and scoring system now produces a cited risk memo for every submission, approved by a human underwriter.

The five questions you’ll ask anyway.

How do you handle our security and data-residency requirements?

The system runs where you tell it to: your VPC, your cloud account, your KMS keys, your choice of model provider. We are SOC 2 Type II and support HIPAA workloads. We don’t train on your data — that’s contractual, not a toggle.

Every agent action is permissioned, logged and reversible, and the audit trail is queryable by your team. Full detail, deployment matrix and documents live in the Trust Center.

How long until something is actually in production?

First workflow typically reaches production in 4–8 weeks. Teardown is 30 minutes to two days. Blueprint is a week. Build and integration is two to five weeks depending on how many systems we write to. Evals and hardening add one to two.

If your access approvals take six weeks, so do we — that’s usually the critical path, and we’ll say so on day one.

Who owns what we build?

You do. Code, prompts, pipelines, eval suites, infrastructure definitions and runbooks land in your repository under your license, as we go — not at the end. There is no runtime you rent from us and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.

This is your moat — not ours.

How do we know it paid for itself?

We baseline before we build: current cycle time, cost per unit of work, error and exception rate, volume. The blueprint states the target and the measurement method, and the eval scoreboard reports accuracy, cost and latency per workflow after launch.

If a workflow can’t be measured, we tell you before the contract, not after.

Do you know our industry?

We’ve delivered in healthcare, insurance, financial services, logistics and manufacturing. But the teardown assumes we know nothing: we watch your people do the work before we propose anything.

Domain depth matters less than the willingness to sit with the exception cases for two days.
